We quote flat, we hold the price, and we help you load. If something in the pile can be donated instead of dumped, we set it aside, usually for Goodwill or the Salvation Army. Then we sweep up.

Can you really do same-day junk removal across Central Florida?
Most days, yes. Rob and the crew run the trucks out of Davenport, so calls before noon usually get picked up the same day across Polk County and the Four Corners area. Reviews on Google describe arrivals in 20 to 35 minutes when a truck was already nearby. Farther out, toward Lakeland, Orlando or Tampa, it's often next day. Call and ask. You'll get a straight answer.
What do you take?
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, garage and shed contents, yard waste and brush, construction and remodel debris, concrete, decks, fences, hot tubs, e-waste, and whole-house or estate cleanouts. How does pricing work?
You get a free quote up front, then a flat rate by load size: From $125 for a single item (that's also the minimum), $225 for a quarter trailer, $350 for a half, $525 for three-quarters, $700 for a full trailer. Stairs, heavy items and drive time are already in the number. Ask Rob about hourly labor for sorting. Once Rob quotes a price, it holds. A customer in Google's reviews put it plainly: he kept the price the exact same with no bait and switch. Prices depend on volume, weight, stairs and distance, so call for your number.
What size dump trailers do you rent?
Two sizes: a 14-yard and a 16-yard dump trailer. They're dump trailers, not roll-off dumpsters, so they fit in a driveway or through a gate a roll-off can't. Rob drops it, you load it, he hauls it away. Or the crew loads it for you. Call for dimensions, weight limits and rental pricing.

Davenport is home base. Do you take paint, chemicals or other hazardous waste?
No. Rob doesn't take paint, solvents, oil, propane, pool chemicals or batteries, and no household hauler should. Polk County residents can drop household hazardous waste free at the county's collection facility at the North Central Landfill in Winter Haven (Polk County Solid Waste). Set those aside and the rest of the pile goes.
